DAY 1 : Kochi – Munnar ( 145 Km / 04.00 Hours ).

Arrival at Cochin meets our executive there and drives to hotel in Munnar. On the way visit Cheeiappara w.falls,and Pothamedu view point Reach Munnar check in hotel .time for rest .Munnar is Situated at the convergence of 3 mountain stream- Mudrapuzha, Nallathanni, and Kudale, Munnar is 1600 meter above sea level. Once the summer resort of the British in South India, Munnar is one of the sates finest hill resorts. The specialities of Munnar are jungle honey, strawberries, tea and most rare flower Neela Kurunji which blooms once in a 12 years. Overnight stay at Munnar.

DAY 2 : Munnar sightseeing

After breakfast, proceed Sightseeing of Munnar. Visit Eravikulam National Park (15 km) to view endangered wild goat ‘ Nilgiri Tahr’.(National Park is Closed during breeding season. Please check with us regarding the visit prior to your arrival). Visit Tea Museum (03Km) and the Tea factory (Closed on Mondays and Good Friday) , Rose garden, Hydel park, Photo shooting Point ,Mattupetty Dam (13km) and Kundala Lake (28km).Overnight stay at the hotel in Munnar.

Other Attractions :

Jeep Safari to Kudagumali View Point (cost approx Rs 3000/per jeep), Elephant safari (500/-per head)/ Kerala martial Art / Kathakali etc,Stay in TREE House.

DAY 3 : Munnar – Thekkady | 120Km | 4Hrs

After breakfast, check out hotel and Drive to Thekkady, an area known for its undulating hills, spice plantations, and elephant sightings. One of the 27 tiger reserves in India, the Periyar valley in Thekkady is the oldest. Check into your hotel. Go on a spice plantation tour today where you will be enticed by not only the aroma of spices like cinnamon, cardamom, pepper and nutmeg but will also get to know how they are grown, harvested and processed before they reach the supermarkets. Sights on the way: Cardamom & coffee Plantations At Thekkady: Kathakali Show, Have Ayurvedic massage etc…Enjoy overnight in Thekkady.

DAY 4 : Thekkady –Aleppy Houseboat|160 Kms|5Hrs

Following the breakfast proceed to Alleppy. Board on to the House boat: Check in to the Houseboat at 12.00 Noon. With the Arabian Sea in the west and a vast network of lakes, lagoons and fresh water rivers criss-crossing it, Alleppey is referred to as the Venice of the East by travelers from across the world. This backwater country is also home to diverse animal and bird life. House boat cruise through narrow canals– Virgin village-paddy fields-historical places – Temples – Snake boat – Coconut beer shop (Toddy shop) –
You may enjoy the splendid sunsets, Waxing moon lights, dreaming stars and of course the delicious foods cooked and served by us. [You are mostly invited to our kitchen in the House Boat, to learn and try the list of ingredients and instructions for making something, especially a traditional food dish of Kerala for the dinner or for the breakfast. If you are satisfied; don’t forget to note down the recipe and try it in future.]

NB : Terms and conditions for house boats :

(1.) Check in time is after 12 noon and check out time is 9 am.
(2.) A/c will be operated in 9.00 pm to 6.00 am
(3.) House boats will be anchored by 17.30 hrs and there will not be any cruise till 07.00 hrs due to govt restrictions (As per GOVT. Rule- Village people need to put the net in the lake fishing).
(4.) Normal menu is fixed
(5) The Houseboat will be idle in the lake at Lunch Time. Overnight stay at Houseboat.

After morning cruise and breakfast checkout from houseboat and proceed to Cherai beach. Leisure at Cherai Beach.

After Breakfast, proceed to City shopping. drives to Cochin sightseeing which include – The Jewish Synagogue in what is locally called the Jew Town, St. Francis Church which is the oldest European Church in India, the Santa Cruz Basilica built in 1557 by the Portuguese, the Dutch Palace, the Spice market and the 15th century Chinese fishing nets believed to have been brought by Chinese traderslate night at leisure . Today is the last day of our tour. Your guide will drive you drive to departure area where you are expecting your flight/train back home. SIX beautiful and richly-filled days came to an end.
